These terms apply when you buy a digital product from The AI Google Growth System. By completing checkout you agree to them.
What you are buying
You are buying a license to access digital educational materials: PDF guides, prompt packs, checklists and worksheets. Nothing in the products includes access to, credit for, or a subscription to Base44 or any third-party AI service, each of which has its own pricing and terms.
License
You may use the materials for your own business and for websites you own or operate. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or repackage the materials as your own product, and you may not share your access link.
Delivery
Access is provided immediately after payment is confirmed, on screen and by email. You do not need an account. Keep your access link private.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where applicable. Payment is taken once, by our payment provider. We do not store card details. If a payment fails, no access is granted.
Refunds

No guarantees of results
The materials teach a methodology. Search rankings, traffic, inquiries and income depend on your market, your implementation and factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of any specific result, ranking or income, and nothing in our marketing should be read as such a promise.
Liability
We provide the materials with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update the materials and these terms. Updates to the materials are provided to existing customers at no extra cost.
