This policy explains what personal data The AI Google Growth System collects, why, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
When you buy something we collect your email address, the products purchased, the amount, the payment reference and the date. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us. When you download the free prompt pack we collect your first name, email address and your marketing preference. When you contact support we keep your message and reply.
Why we use it
We use your data to deliver what you bought, to provide access to downloads, to answer support requests, to keep accounting records, and — only where you have agreed — to send marketing emails. We rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and improving the business, your consent for marketing, and legal obligations for tax records.
Advertising measurement
If you accept optional cookies, we measure the performance of our advertising on Meta. We do not send your name, email address or payment details to advertising platforms. If you decline, optional tracking does not run and only essential functionality is used.
How long we keep it
Order and tax records are kept for seven years as required for US tax and accounting. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Support messages are kept for two years.
Sharing
We share data with our payment provider, our hosting platform, our email provider and, for consented advertising measurement, Meta. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to marketing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your state attorney general.
